High blood pressure causes blurred vision

The retina of a young man with blood pressure 240/140 mm Hg. This young man presented with blurred vision. He was never treated for hypertension in the past. This case of malignant hypertension has cause grade 4 hypertensive retinopathy with papilloedema.
