Hypertensive choroidopathy

Fundus picture of a 45 year old man who presented with severe vision loss in the left eye. He had exudative retinal detachment in the posterior pole and Elschnig spots. The fellow eye had PEDs with neurosensory detachment on OCT. He was an undiagnosed hypertensive. He also has a macular fan suggestive of malignant hypertension.
